Those on Court Simonne-Matthieu will be treated to Bolivia's Hugo Dellien as he takes on 2020 US Open winner and two-time Roland-Garros finalist Dominic Thiem, before Kaia Kanepi faces 2016 champion and No.10 seed Garbine Muguruza.
The pick of the action on outside courts includes Olympic champion and No.14 seed Belinda Bencic, who meets Hungarian qualifier Reka Luca Jani on Court 14, and the always entertaining Diego Schwartzman, who will be looking for a first round win against qualifier Andrey Kuznetsov on Court 6.
