From 24th May to 13th June, you won’t miss a second of the 2021 Roland-Garros tournament if you download the latest version of the app! We take a look at its new features.

New 3D map

An essential spectator tool, the Roland-Garros application allows you to optimise your time in the stadium by helping you get around with its new 3D map. You can select a number of points of interest and locate them easily thanks to the “augmented reality” option. You can also view the score of a match as you approach the court.

Make sure to check this map before you head to the stadium, so that you can plan your visit and choose the most suitable mode of transport. Two cycle routes have been set up for the 2021 tournament: the first takes you to the stadium and the second takes you on a tennis-themed ride around Paris.

RG Gaming Zone

Another new addition to the app this year is the new gaming space, called the “RG Gaming Zone”. There, you can challenge your friends and players from all over the globe, for the chance to win a range of exclusive prizes.

Showcase your strategic skills in the RG Fantasy Game by Infosys, which launches on 29th May. Your insight will be tested in the RG Bracket, a game that requires you to predict the main draw for the 2021 tournament. Finally, make sure you show off your tennis knowledge by entering our daily RG Quiz! All of these games can also be accessed using a computer.

Exclusive content

With the app, you can follow the matches in real time with our live score system and check all the results as well as detailed statistics for all of the players. Monitor your favourite player’s progress and news by signing up to receive notifications in the “Players” menu. Every day, the full schedule will be posted, and you can stay up-to-date with the tournament news in real time all day long, thanks to the news feed and the official Roland-Garros radio channel. It’s also an opportunity to admire the best photos and videos from the tournament.

Shift into “spectator” mode

When you come to the Porte d’Auteuil, the “spectator” mode gives you the option of viewing your tickets, following what is going on inside the stadium thanks to the news feed and notifications, and ordering the food menu of your choice! Save time and watch as much tennis as you can by using the app to place your order and collect your meal from the south stand of Suzanne-Lenglen court.
