Diego may be diminutive in stature, but his quarter-final performance was big in competitive spirit and achievement. He has won a form of record-book immortality as the man who stopped Nadal's streak of 37 consecutive completed sets won at Roland-Garros, thus preventing the Spaniard from surpassing Bjorn Borg's run of 41 sets.
