Player reception, logistics, ticketing, locker rooms, ballkid coordination, court maintenance… These are just some of the roles filled by temporary workers, who are essential to the smooth-running of the Paris Grand Slam. Though they work backstage at the tournament, these workers are stepping into the spotlight in the 25 ans, 25 visages, 25 métiers (25 years, 25 faces, 25 jobs) exhibition organised by Adecco, France’s leading temporary employment agency, which has been in charge of recruiting for 92 temporary roles at Roland-Garros (around 1,300 people) since 2000. This exhibition, a celebration of the 25-year partnership between Adecco and the tournament, can be found on the stadium’s railings around Gates 1 and 30 and in the Orangerie for the three weeks of the 2025 tournament (19th May – 8th June)!
