In the final against Luiz Rodrigues, from Brasília (DF), he scored 6/0 and 6/1, ending his participation in the tournament without losing any set. Match finished, much celebration with the wife, Simone Picinini.
"I'm happy to achieve the goal of being a champion, I've trained hard in this last month, both training on the court and physics, taking care of the food as well. I have a lot to learn, evolve, train and participate in more tournaments, "he said. "Next season I will play in the 4th class, try to go evolving, step by step, to go up there," he added.

With three wins in three matches, without losing a set, the gaucho Tomaz Vanin Dalla Costa, from Caxias do Sul, in the Serra Gaúcha, won the title in the 6th class up to 34 years. This Saturday (16), defeated Eduardo Ravaglia Queiroz, of Petrópolis (RJ), by 7/5 and 6/4 to be champion.
"I had been told that I was going to enter the match to be a champion, the tournament was wonderful, the whole structure was very organized, the level was also above expectations, I'm coming back with the trophy and also with all the friends I made, from different states. Without words. Now I am going to prepare to play again the Circuit, to rise of class and to look for another title ", celebrated Tomaz. "And the trophy is already in the suitcase, well cared for, leading to Caxias," he added.
