Media: the accreditation process for Roland-Garros

22/07/2020: all you need to know regarding the accreditation process for Roland-Garros 2020.

As you know, the 2020 edition of Roland-Garros will exceptionnaly take place from Sunday, September 21 to Sunday, October 11.

In terms of the current health-related information and the projected guidelines, and having consulted with the governmental authorities to define the best conditions for welcoming the various populations, the French Tennis Federation has adopted a responsible organisational strategy that limits the number of spectators inside the stadium.

Conditions of the accreditation process

Therefore, we invite you to carefully read all the conditions below (dated July 22, 2020) about accreditation applications for the 2020 edition of Roland-Garros.

The requests made for the 2020 edition of the Roland Garros tournament, which was scheduled to take place from May 18 to June 7 and has been postponed, have been cancelled.
The media centre’s capacity will be limited to 50% of the number of seats usually available – this also applies to the media stand.
Only media with an account created on the accreditation platform before July 21, 2020 will be able to apply for accreditation for the 2020 edition of Roland-Garros taking place from September 21 to October 11, 2020.

Given the current health situation, the FFT may have to change the conditions stated above and may have to modify and/or cancel any accreditations.
