Throughout the year, Courtside Conversations: The Roland-Garros Tennis Podcast invites you to listen in on some exciting and insightful chats between Gigi Salmon and her high-profile guests. Following on from Alex Corretja and Marion Bartoli, Roland-Garros tournament director Amélie Mauresmo stepped up to the mic to look back on the high points of her playing career and ahead to what might happen at the 2024 event.

Currently doing battle on the red clay of Madrid, the stars of the WTA and ATP Tours will have the Porte d’Auteuil in the back of their minds. With less than a month to go before the second Grand Slam tournament of the season (20 May to 9 June), what can we expect when they assemble in the French capital? The answer to that question will provide the theme of this latest instalment of the podcast.

A two-time Grand Slam winner (Australian Open and Wimbledon in 2006), former world no. 1 Amélie Mauresmo looks back on her glittering career, talks about her experiences at the highest level and assesses the current state of world tennis. Appointed in December 2021, she also reveals the ins and outs of her job as tournament director, her determination to move the lines, and explains what’s new about Roland-Garros 2024.
