Reserving tickets for people with reduced mobility

All tickets for the Roland Garros can only be booked online.

There is a special booking system to guarantee easy access to the areas provided for people with reduced mobility on the show courts.

1. Getting to Roland Garros

The transport map to access the stadium is available below (to zoom in, click HERE).

  • No.32: get off at last stop Porte d'Auteuil (140 meters from the PPO Auteuil)
  • No.52: get off at Porte d'Auteuil (100 meters from the PPO Auteuil) or La Tourelle (180 meters from the PPO Molitor)
  • No.62: get off at last stop Porte de Saint-Cloud - Murat (1.2km from the PPO Molitor)
  • No.88: get off at Porte d'Auteuil (2 minutes from PPO Auteuil) or Porte Molitor (2 minutes from PPO Molitor)
  • No.123: get off at Porte d’Auteuil (140 meters from the PPO Auteuil), Porte Molitor (200 meters from the PPO Molitor) or Gambetta (160 meters from the PPO Boulogne) --> bus stops "Roland-Garros" and "Rue des Pins" deleted from May 19 to June 8 for safety reasons.
  • No.241: get off at Porte d’Auteuil (140 meters from the PPO Auteuil) or Gambetta (160 meters from the PPO Boulogne) --> bus stops "Suzanne Lenglen" and "Fleuriste municipal" deleted from May 19 to June 8 for safety reasons.
  • No.260: get off at Boulogne-Billancourt Gambetta (130 meters from the PPO Boulogne)

To access the Roland-Garros stadium, "Pont du Garigliano" station on the RER C line and the T3a tram is the nearest accessible station for people with reduced mobility (PRM).

On the metro, the Michel-Ange Molitor (line 9) and Porte d'Auteuil (line 10) stops have stairs only.

In your own car

The parking spaces around the stadium are reserved for local residents (including the disabled parking spaces): anyone parked in these spaces may be issued with a parking ticket and their vehicle may be towed.  

There are 3 paid public car parks close to the stadium and its accessible access points.

Car parks suggested:

  • Porte d'Auteuil car park (closest to the PPO Molitor, Carrefour): 1-3, avenue du Général Sarrail 75016 Paris (260 meters from the PPO Molitor)
  • Parchamp car park: 7 ter, rue du Parchamp 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt (450 meters from the PPO Boulogne)
  • Porte de Saint-Cloud car park (service station): 2, avenue de la Porte de Saint-Cloud 75016 Paris (900 meters from the PPO Molitor)

Once you have arrived at the car park, you can use the official shuttle service as described below.

Shuttle service available

A free transport service provided by the official fleet will take you to the stadium from the following pick-up and drop-off points:

  • Metro and bus station Porte d’Auteuil (line 10 & bus 32, 52, 88, 123 et 241)
  • Metro station Michel Ange Molitor (lines 9 & 10)
  • Porte Molitor : bus stops (52, 123 & PC) & taxi stand
  • Bus stop Gambetta (260)
  • Carrefour - Porte d’Auteuil car park
  • Parchamp car park
  • Porte de Saint-Cloud car park
  • RER C line & T3a tram station Pont du Garigliano

Please note: line 9 will be closed on 31 May and 1 June. Please plan your journey accordingly.

To get to the stadium, all you have to do is make a request. You will be taken to the drop-off point at gate 30. If your request is made:

  • More than 24 hours before the start of the session, bookings can be made using this online form
  • Less than 24 hours before the start of the session, bookings can be made via Customer Services (+33 1 47 43 51 11) or by contacting the reception teams near the PPOs (subject to availability).

Please note that requests made less than 24 hours before the start of the session will be subject to availability. In the event of a change to the booking, our dedicated service will contact you.

To leave the stadium: go to gate 30 and report to the reception staff on site. A vehicle will take you to a drop-off point near the stadium.

By Taxi / VTC or drop-off by a third party

For your safety, it is strictly prohibited to drop people off on the roads around the stadium.

The special drop-off area in front of gate 30 (8 boulevard d'Auteuil, Paris) may be used, upon presentation of a disability card or a pass (drop-off and pick-up) previously requested from Customer Service by completing the form here. Make sure you apply early.

Under no circumstances are visitors permitted to park alongside the barriers set up along the stadium’s secure perimeter, including in the disabled parking spaces. Any parked cars may be issued with a fine.

At gate 30, spectators can also enter the stadium directly without queuing by showing their card or pass.

To leave the stadium, the spectators concerned must also go to gate 30.

2. Around the stadium

Please note that at Roland-Garros there is no direct access to the stadium entrances.

All visitors must pass through one of the three Mandatory Checkpoints (PPO) in order to enter the secure perimeter and access the stadium entrances.

Identified staff around the stadium will welcome you from these 3 PPO if necessary.

Distance between the PPO Molitor and Gate 50 (priority access for PWD/WU): 375 meters.

Distance between the PPO Auteuil and Gate 1: 515 meters.

Distance between the PPO Boulogne and Gate 12: 100 meters.

All stadium gates are accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, a drop-off zone is located Gate 30 to make it easier for you to come if you wish (8 boulevard d'Auteuil, 75016 Paris). This drop-off is accessible on presentation of the disability card or the pass delivered by completing the form here.

3. Inside the stadium

Dedicated PWD/WU teams are present at the various gates to assist people with disabilities throughout their visit to the stadium. If you need assistance when you are in the stadium, you can contact them by calling +33 1 47 43 49 49.

Court placement

All of the courts are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Wheelchair users (and their attendants):

  • In case of booking at one of our main courts, Philippe-Chatrier or Suzanne-Lenglen, people must be holders of a ticket for the court concerned. A specific placement adapted to your situation will be offered to you. To facilitate access to as many people as possible, only one attendant is allowed per person, and this attendant must have a ticket. To access the court and the seat that will be assigned to you, please make sure to keep and present to the reception staff the ticket issued at the entrance of the stadium.
  • Access to the Simonne-Mathieu court will be on a free seating basis within the limits of available places. The Annexes courts all have a ramp allowing you to access the courts (depending on the availability) in the best conditions.

People with Disabilities (PWD) - other than wheelchair users:

Your seat will be located near an elevator and you will have a minimum number of steps to climb to get to your seat in the stands.

Stadium services

A wheelchair loan service is available:

  • At the cloakrooms outside the stadium: Boulevard Murat and at Carrefour des Anciens-Combattants (75016, Paris).
  • Inside the stadium, at gates 1, 12 et 30, the information point at court 7 or at the Espace Services (between accesses L5 and L6 to the Suzanne-Lenglen court).

Sound for all: During the men's and women's singles matches – from the quarter-finals – from June 6 to 9, an immersive audiodescription service is available for the visually impaired and blind. Fans can hear the courtside ambiance and listen to detailed match commentaries by professional journalists on the official Roland-Garros application or by clicking on the tennis audio link.

Quiet zone: 2 quiet zones are provided

  • One at access C22 of the Philippe-Chatrier court
  • The other at gate 1, behind customer services, accessible by lift from the toilets to the left of gate 1 (to the right of the vending machine).

For people with an assistance dog, exits from the stadium are allowed for the dog's natural needs. If you are lost in the stadium, please contact the stadium reception staff or go to an information point/to the services area (near the court 7).

For your comfort and safety

Heat & sun :

  • For your own comfort, bring sunglasses (some WU seats are behind glass), sun cream, and a hat or cap.
  • To keep you hydrated, a large number of water fountains are available in the stadium. You will find them on the interactive map (at the top of this page).

Cold and night sessions:

Remember to bring a blanket or warmer clothing.

4. Leaving the stadium

Gate 30

From Gate 30: by contacting the reception and/or security teams on site. You will have the opportunity to be driven to one of the following points near the stadium:

  • Metro and bus station Porte d’Auteuil (line 10 & bus 32, 52, 88, 123 et 241)
  • Metro station Michel Ange Molitor (lines 9 & 10)
  • Porte Molitor : bus stops (52, 123 & PC) & taxi stand

By Taxi / VTC or pick-up by a third party

Go to the drop-off zone at Gate 30 and give the address "8 boulevard D'Auteuil, 75016 Paris" to your attendant or Taxi/VTC. Get in touch with a host or hostess and tell them the license plate of your attendant or Taxi/VTC. The access will be allowed by the police. You will have to present your trip order with a Taxi/VTC. You can also contact +33 1 47 43 49 49 to plan your departure from the stadium in advance.

If your attendant has a pass previously requested from Customer Service by completing the form here, you will not need to provide the license plate to the reception staff.
