Pawelski: Longines Future Tennis Aces champion

Polish player Martyn Pawelski defeated Chak Lam Coleman Wong of Hong Kong to win the 2017 edition of the Longines Future Tennis Aces in Paris.

Poland's Martyn Pawelski won the eighth Longines Future Tennis Aces final, held on a clay court set up at La Défense, Paris’ famous financial district.

Since last Thursday, 20 boys under the age of 13 from 20 different countries have been playing in this tournament.

Pawelski defeated Chak Lam Coleman Wong of Hong Kong 2-4, 4-3, 7-6 in the final, using modified scoring.

An exhibition match between Andre Agassi, Longines Ambassador of Elegance, and Alex Corretja, patron of this year’s tournament, followed the final.

The trophies were given out by Bernard Giudicelli, FFT President, and Juan-Carlos Capelli, Vice President of Longines and Head of International Marketing.
