RG in the city - Paul-Henri Matthieu and Michael Llodra

Throughout the fortnight, Roland-Garros will also be at the foot of the Eiffel Tower!

For the second year in a row, the "Roland-Garros in the City" event, supported by Longines, ENGIE, Lacoste and Emirates, will be setting up home on the Champ-de-Mars. Entry is free to everyone to this area which promises fun and entertainment to locals and tourists alike. Tennis fans will be able to practise on a clay court, clock the speed of their service at the Smash Corner by Longines and browse the products in the Roland-Garros collection at a boutique set up especially for the occasion. There will also be a giant screen to allow fans to watch matches from the tournament.

From 28 – 30 May, it will also play host to the now-traditional "Longines Future Tennis Aces" tournament, which this year will be contested by 16 players all aged under 13, representing countries from all around the world.

On Sunday 24 May, the "Roland-Garros in the City" clay court will also host the final of the "Rendez-vous at Roland-Garros" event sponsored by Longines, which will feature the best juniors from China, India and Brazil. The winners of the boys’ and girls’ competition will be given a wild card for the main draw of the junior singles.
