A shining truth

For its first joint venture with a skincare brand, Roland-Garros chose a fellow symbol of French elegance: NUXE. Beauty and sport, as they both see it, share the same values of authenticity, passion and excellence. Aside from the addition of the Roland-Garros logo to the bottles of suntan spray that are ideally suited for the sporting world, the two partners are also united by a common philosophy.

 

Winning set

For the 2017 tournament, NUXE Sun and Roland-Garros are exclusively offering a “high protection” SPF 50 set containing two new items: a face and body mist spray and a gentle face cream. In other words, the perfect kit to provide protection from the sun’s rays on and off the court. The two bottles will, of course, bear the Roland-Garros logo.

 

Effective protection, even on the court

Without the right protection, the Roland-Garros sun can be treacherous. Spectators have long fallen foul of it, returning home with significantly redder faces, arms and legs than when they arrived at the stadium. But it is also a foe that players competing at the tournament have to do battle with. For them, finding a suncream tailored to sport, which, for example, does not run down their face when they sweat, can be a tricky task. NUXE may change their lives: 100% of the athletes – including tennis players – who tested the spray while practising their chosen sport found its texture pleasant and felt that their skin was well protected for the duration of the activity.
